But I don't drink or do drugs so I made a list of other things I can now do!

- Adopt a kid

- obtain a commercial pilot's license

- waste my money gambling instead buying car parts

- buy a house without needing a co-signer

- hold a CDL license

- be a chauffeur

- work as a bartender

- rent a car

- supervise a learner driver

- go see bands when they play shitty dive bars

- uhh...

- ...well...

- yeah, that's about it

Happy Birthday! A note on rental cars: most car rental places want you to be 25, but they'll still rent to you provided you pay an extra crapload of fees. Top tip for that, join USAA and set up a car rental account through them (they have special offers for certain rental companies); if you use them as your regular car insurance provider, they cover your rental insurance as well, and as an additional perk they waive that 'under 25' fee.

You can rent one under 25 for a fee, and I'm pretty sure most companies (if not all) limit you to certain classes.

I turn 25 in a month. I'm totally going to rent a Camaro SS and take it to an autocross afterwards.

At least in Florida, you can rent at 21, but they charge a higher premium... I forget what the legal term is they use to make it legal.

And the 18 in a bar is so dumb, your telling me that the cute 18 year old girl pouring drinks for a bunch of drunks will never touch the stuff! BS

Dude, I love Florida. We have a timeshare in the Cape Canaveral area and it's awesome to be like 5 min away from everything. I just like Texas because of the rural nature, plus the food is ever so slightly better than FL.

yeah we can purchase and get a CCW at the same time. Only have to be 18 for rifles and shotguns though. I am waiting another year until Im 21 to make my first gun purchase.
